Warranty Policy
This is the Warranty policy of OpenUp.pk specific products like smart watches only
- smart watches and their accessories come equipped with a warranty period of 1 year respectively, that cover technical issues, excluding physical damages.
- Open Up payment invoice is required to be presented for availing warranty services. we can choose to not provide services if the invoice is not presented.
- Open Up shall not cover any liability or claim pertaining to any kind of rashes or skin allergy due to usage of products including consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in products.
- Accessories (such as mics, cables, remote and adapter) and batteries are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:
- In case of any damage to the product, customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse detected, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any kind of liquid on the device, overcharging or power surge damage, device subjected to extreme temperatures, or if the warranty seal is broken. Wear and tear that occurs due to regular usage of the device will also not be covered under warranty.
- This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period of 12 Months (as determined by proof of purchase date or invoice), even if the product is not in use during the warranty period for any reason.
Process for Replacement
- if all the condition are tick so customer have to sent us the defected piece and we will examine it If the complain is valid then we will sent exchange parcel with out any cost .
